Interesting Times indeed. And with uncertainty, often comes anxiety. Fear is hardwired in human beings to ensure survival - it is a necessary and potentially life-saving emotion. Unfortunately, fear can also mistakenly be associated with completely unrelated "harmless" things, potentially producing confusion as well as phobias. Undue worry and anxiety can cause a lot of problems.

And we don't need that, thank you very much.

So, in this video, I teach a very simple and extremely effective technique for dealing with - and minimizing - situations where you feel anxiety or fear.
